Foot patrol (11/07/2026)

Rick was out covering the ward's open spaces as well as middle Rush Green during this afternoon's 3.5-hour patrol (5.69 miles).

Eastbrookend's Tom Thumb and Bardag lakes saw coverage shortly after noon, before Footpath18 (12.33pm, p) towards Harveys Lane.

All of Parish Fields (12.47pm) was covered, including Carnation Close (1.16pm, p), followed by a visit to the New Avenues Social Club and conversation with staff and customers at the shop opposite.

It was then through Fourth Avenue (2.37pm), before checking in with Central Park's Pitch 'n' Putt and parents at the nearby playground.

Woodshire Road (3.12pm, p) and Rainham Road North were patrolled late on.
